Hey Mani, it's me...Mani (duh). So you're back in that room in your parents house that you'd been in since you were 10. From that age on, you'd yearn to see something else outside of life in Stone Mountain and now you're back.

How did we get here? Well, you packed up to NY with more expectations than plans. Stress over finances, ending toxic relationships and fatigue got the best of you. Living pay check to pay check and ultimately feeling like you had no room to breathe or live outside of work got the best of you.

Now what? Now, you finish what you started. Guard your light, your happiness. Breathe, enjoy family and friends, breathe and enjoy being in a better space mentally and let that propel you. Remember you're nowhere God doesn't want for you to be. Remember that all though you feel lost at times, discouraged, disappointed, you're wealthier than most. To be given the gift of a passion for something is more than most can ask for, be grateful for that and breathe easy knowing you have purpose. Feel blessed that of all the things God could have blessed you with, he blessed you with something no one can take away and no amount of money can buy and that's a vision. A vision this vivid was not given in vain. Keep going and finish all that you've started.

This is just a chapter not the entire book.

XoXo

Mani

I missed my sister more than I could have imagined. We can bicker all day and still, there's no place I'd rather be than with her mean behind lol. The Solange to my Bey took me to Cabbagetown ATL to get photos of me, then we grabbed nachos and talked about things that sisters talk about. If I look oober happy in these pics it's because I was hype af to be spending time with her andddddd I am lol. Enjoy!
