Fall, Wus Good?

Hey loves! Don't hate me, I know it's been a minute since I've posted a 'You Betta Werk' post but just bare with me; I love giving advice but as someone who hates hearing the obvious I'm doing my best to create thought evoking content and rushing to do so just won't cut it.

Back to this fit tho':

Fall's arrival for me, is like that moment when you're waiting on your food and the appetizer didn't really hit the spot, but you ordered the bombesttttt item on the menu and you've been waiting five minutes too long and just when you start getting hangry, it's like you and the waitress have telepathy and she walks out with your plate hot off the stove. You know that feeling!

Nothing says Fall to me more than vamp lips, so I painted my pout in a deep, matte purple lip by Ruby Kisses.

Dresses are a girl's best friend, I swear!u legit just throw them on, put on some statement shoes and go! I'm a lazy'nista, so I threw on my little black Forever 21 dress, with slits on both sides and to make a bold statement with my simple dress, I wore a black/gold statement jacket I thrifted a few years ago. I wanted to feel sexy and nothing is sexier than knee-high boots...well, besides thigh-high boots lol (that awkward moment when you inherited thick thighs, so you'll never be about that thigh-high life). Y'all know I'm the cheap les' chic queen, so I of course thrifted my boots too, for just $10 at a thrift-store in Brooklyn with the tags still on them.

Oh and as you can see I've changed my hair, again. When you see this hairstyle worn on some white girl on Marc Jacobs runway next season remember you saw it here just a year prior---and I saw it on the likes of beautiful melanated women such as: Alicia Keys, Beyonce, Bernadette Stanis, Brandy, Cicely Tyson, Solange, Ciara, etc.---Just had to throw that in there.
